A summary of the will of William GLANVILL of Bickleigh, yeoman, dated 4 June 1774 and proved 22 December 1781 by Thomas GLANVILL, only surviving executor, William's wife Rose, the other joint executor being deceased.

This is consistent with the burial entries of William GLANVILL senior, 16 November 1781 and Rosamond GLANVILL on either 14 December 1775 or ?13 October 1781.

They had other children named Rose REED, widow, Sarah wife of Richard BEST, Mary wife of Thomas DOBLE, Margaret wife of Michall BASTOW, Elizabeth wife of William CROOK and William.
