This is the Last Will and Testament of me Ann Glanville
of the parish of Stadhampton in the County of Oxford widow, being of sound
and disposing mind memory, and understanding, but mindful of my mortality
do this 28th day of August, in the Year of our Lord 1790, make and publish
this my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, that
is to say, First and principally I commit my Soul with the utmost
humility into the hands of Almighty God, my Creator hoping for a
remission of all my Sins by the merits and Mediation of my Saviour
Jesus Christ; and my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently Buried
at the discretion of my Executor herein after Named, And as for all my
Wordly Estate being all personal, I give, devise and bequeath as follows
First I give, devise and bequeath unto Thomas Cooper all my ready money
Household Goods, Chattles, and Furniture of what nature, kind and Quality
soever the same may be in my dwelling House, at the time of my Death
or Elsewhere, and all my wearing apparil and Linnen after payment of
my Funeral expences, I give all unto the said Thomas Cooper
To have and to hold for his own use and benefit absolutely, and
I do make, Ordain Constitute, and appoint the aforesaid Thomas Cooper to be
my whole sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
all former and other wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made
and do declare this to be my Last Will only In Witness whereof I
have to this my last Will and Testament set and subscribed my hand
and seal, the day and year first above written.

her last will and Testament, in the presence of us,
who at her request, in her presence, and in the
presence of each other, subscribed our Names in
Witness thereto.
