This is the last Will and Testament of me,
John Glanvile of the City of Chester Surgeon,
I give and bequeath all my money, securities
for money, Goods, Chattels, and Effects of what
nature of kind soever and wheresoever the same
may be at the time of my death, unto my wife
Jane Glanvile for her own absolute use and benefit.
And I give and devise all my real Estate whatsoever
in reversion remainder and expectancy unto my
said wife Jane Glanvile her Heirs and Assigns
for ever. And I do nominate, Constitute and Appoint
my said Wife Jane Glanvile sole Executrix of this
my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and,
making void all and every other Will or Wills at
any time heretofore by me made, and do declare this
to be my last Will and Testament In Witness
whereof I the said John Glanvile the Testator
have hereunto set my hand this Seventh day of
April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and fifty two.
