This is the last Will and Testament
of me John Glanville late of Beaconsfield in the County of Bucks, Baker but
now residing at Great Marlow in the same County Gentleman in the first place
I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid
and satisfied by my executor hereinafter named I give and bequeath unto
William Gardiner John Gardiner Joseph Gardiner and Mary Gardiner all of
the parish of Little Marlow in the said County the sum of ten pounds apiece
of lawful money of Great Britain and I give and bequeath until William
Gardiner of Chepping Wycombe in the said County of Bucks Labourer Edward
Gardiner of Little Marlow aforesaid labourer Sarah the Wife of Joseph
Walker of Chepping Wycombe aforesaid labourer Hannah the wife of
William Priory of Halton in the County of Southampton labourer and Ann
the Wife of Joseph Tilby of Pzin (?) in the said County of Bucks Bricklayer the
Sons and Daughters of Robert Gardiner of Little Marlow aforesaid labourer the
sum of ten pounds apiece of like lawful money also I give and bequeath
unto William Gardiner son of the above named William Gardiner the sum
of five pounds of like lawful money also I give and bequeath unto the
children of Thomas Walker of Wooburn in the County of Bucks labourer
which were born of the body of his late wife Sarah Parker the sum of
five pounds of like lawful money to be equally divided between them share and
share alike and as for all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my
estate and effects whatsoever and wheresover and of what nature or kind
soever I give and bequeath the same unto Thomas Gardiner of Great
Marlow aforesaid Gardener to hold he same unto him the said Thomas
Gardiner his executors administrators and afsigns to and for his and their
own use and benefit the the said Thomas Gardiner paying unto or
allowing his ffather Robert Gardiner of Little Marlow aforesaid labourer
the sum of five shillings per week so long as he shall live and from and after
his decease to pay unto or allow Mary the Wife of the said Robert Gardiner
if she shall survive her said husband the sum of three shillings per week
So long as she shall live which payments I direct shall be made urgently and
I nominate consistitute and appoint the said Thomas Gardiner sole Executor
of this my will hereby revoking and making void all former wills by and at any
time heretofore made and so declare this alone to be my last Will and
Testament In witness whereof I the said John Glanville have hereunto set
my hand and seal this thirteth day of April one thousand eight hundred and

Testment in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the
presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnefses

Proved at London the 7th September 1838 before the Worshipful John
Danberry Doctor of Law and Surrogate by the the Oath of Thomas Gardener (in the
Will written Gardiner) the sole Executor to whom Admon was granted having
been first sworn duly to administer
