John Glanvill

In the Name of God Amen
I John Glanvill of No 16 Strutton Ground in the parish of St Margarets Westminster in the county of Middlesex carpenter and undertaker being of sound mind memory and understanding do make this my last will and Testament in manner following I give devise e bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Glanvill all my money securities for money goods chattels estate and effects of what soever of kind soever to hold the same unto my said wife for her natural life and no long and I do nominate constitute and appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will and testament and at her decease my children then alive (at the time of my said wifes decease) are to share e share alike in whatever property might be left at the time of my wifes decease. 30th April 1840 John Glanville - Signed sealed and published by the above named John Glanvill as and for his last will and testament in the preseence of us who at this requests in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnefses thereto - Wm Cleave Great Smith Street Westm - John Pryce 8 Regent Street Westm

Proved at London 9th March 1844 before the worshipful ffrederic Thomas pratt Dr of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Elizabeth Glanville widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom admon was granted having first been sworn duly to administer
