In the Name of God Amen
I John Glanvill of Ogle Street in the parish of Marylebone in the County
of Middlesex Cordwainer do declare this my last will and testament and do give
until my belove wife Mary Glanvill after all my just debts and ffuneral expenses
are paid I avoe all by my property whatsoever and wheresoever it may be Bills
Bonds and my property in the Bank of England and all other property
wheresoever and whatsoever it may be I give until my belove
wife to her own use and purpose and do declare this to be my last Will and
testament and so appoint my wife Mary Glanvill to be my sole Executrix
and so declare all former will or wills heretofore made or intended to be made
null and void and of no purpose of effect In Witnefs whereof I the said
John Glanvill the testator have set my hand and seal this the thirteenth day
of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventeen
John Glanvill LJ Signed sealed published and delivered by the said
John Glanvill the testator as and for his last will and testament in the
presence of us who in his presence and at this request and in the presence of
each other have subscribed our named as witnefses thereto Jn Breashur
of Somers Town Gent - Elizth Breashur
Proved at London the 4th Sept 1833 before the worshipful William
Robinson Doctor of Laws e Surrogate by the Oath of Mary Glanvill widow
the Relict the sole executrix to whom admon was granted having been
first sworn duly to administer
