In the Name of God Amen
I Mary Glanville of the parish of Saint Matthew Bethnal
Green in the County of Middlesex widow being of sound
and disposing mind memory and understanding praised be
God for the same do make this my last will and testament
as follows that is to say) ffirst and principally my Soul I
commend to God who gave it and my Body I commit to the
Earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executors
hereinafter named and as to such worldly estate and effects
wherewith it hath pleased God to blefs me after payment of
my just debts and ffuneral expenses I dispose of the same
as follows (that is to say) Imprimis I give and bequeath
unto my daughter mary Ann Cardineaux wife of James
Cardineaux of the said parish of Saint Matthew Bethnal
Green victualler the sum of two hundred pounds of
lawful money of Great Britain Item I give and bequeath
unto my daughter Elizabeth Easy wife of William Easy of the parish of
Christ Church in the County of Middlesex victualler the
sum of one hundred pounds of like lawful money Item
I give and bequeath unto the said James Cardineaux and
Mary Ann his wife my executors hereinafter named the
sum of one hundred pounds of like lawful money upon
the following trusts (that is to say) in trust for them and the
survivor of them to place the same out at Interest in some
or one of teh punblicke stocks or ffunds or Government Securitys
and the interest dividends and prorved (?) arising therefrom
from time to time to be applied and disposed of equally
between my grandson James Pople and my granddaughter
Elizabeth Pope son and daughter of the abovenamed
Elizabeth Easy by her former husband George Pople until
they shall respectively attain their ages of twenty one
years and when and so soon as they shall attain to their
said ages of twenty one years then upon trust to afsign
and transfer over the same unto and equally
between them share and sahre alike but incase
of the death of both or either of them my said grand
children James Pople and Elizabeth Pope before attaining
such age then I give an bequeath the whole sum of
one hundred pounds or the part or share of him or her so
dying unto my said daughter Elizabeth Easy if she should
be then living but in case of her death at that time then
I give and bequeath the same unto my said daugther
Mary Ann Cardineaux her executors and administrators
and all the cost residing at remaining of my real and
personal estate of what natur or kind soever or
wheresoever that I shall be any ways pofsefsed of
interested in or intitled unto at the time of my decease
I give devised and bequeath the same unto the said
James Cardineaux and Mary Ann his wife their heirs
executors administrators and afsigns for ever and to and
for no other use interest or purpose whatsoever and I do
hereby nominate constitue and appoint the said James
Cardineaux and Mary Ann his wife executor and executrix
of this my last will and testament and revoking all
former and other wills by me made do declare this only
to be and contain my last will and testament In Witnefs
whereof I the said Mary Glanville the testatrix have to
this my last will and testament set my hand and seal
this first day of November in the year of our Lord one
thousand seven hundred and sixty three X the mark of Mary
Glanville. Signed sealed published declared and delivered
by the said Mary Glanville the testatrix as and for her
last will and testament in the presence of us who in
her presence and at her request and in the presence of
each other have subscribed ournames as witnefses

This will was proved at London on the first
day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand

hundred and sixty five before the Workshipful George
Harris Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the Right Worshipful
George Hay also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or
Commifsary of the prerogative Court of Canterbury
lawfully constituted by the Oaths of James Cardinoux otherwise
Cardineaux and Mary Ann Cardinoux otherwise Cardineaux
wife of the said James Cardinoux otherwise Cardineaux the
daughter of the said deceased and executors named in the said
will to whom administration of all and singular the
goods chattels and credits of the said deceased was granted
they having been first sworn duly to administer
