In the Name of God Amen
I Richard Glanvill of the parish of Saint John Wapping in
the County of Middlesex surgeon do hereby revoke all former
wills by me at any time heretofore made and do make and
declare this to be my last will and testament I desire to be
decently buried at the discretion of my executrix hereinafter
and as to all my personal estate of what nature or kind
soever or wheresoever which I shall be pofsefsed of interested
in or entitled unto at the time of my decease I give
and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my
affectionate wife Mary Glanvill with full power and authority
for my said wife to sell and dispose of such part or parts
thereof as she shall in her discretion think proper either by
her will or otherwise and from and after the decease of my
said wife Mary Glanvill I do hereby will order and direct that
John Cawood of Nobroyd upon Barnesley in the County of York
tanner and Benjamin Cawood of Barnsley aforesaid mercer
and the survivors of them and the executors and administrators
of the survivor of them shall stand seized and pofsefsed of
all my said personal estate which shall be undisposed of by
my said wife in her lifetime In trust to pay and deliver
the same unto my grand daughter Mary Cawood when and
so soon as she shall attain her age or twenty one years or
day of marriage which shall first happen and in the mean
time and until my said grand daughter Mary Cawood shall
attain her age of twenty one years or be marryed to pay
and apply the interest dividends or proceeds of my said personal
estate or somuch thereof as he or they shall think proper
for and towards the maintenance and education of my said
grand daughter Mary Cawood but in case my said grand
daughter Mary Cawood shall happen to depart this life before
she shall attain the age of twenty one year or be married
then I give and bequeath all my said personal estate
which my said grand daughter would have been entitled to
unto my nephew Richard Glanvill of Bell Alley Coleman
Street London goldsmith his executors and administrations and
lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my said wife Mary
Glanvill sole executrix of this my will In Witnefs whereof
I the said Richard Glanvill the testator have to this my
last will and testament set my hand and seal and published
and declared the same this twenty third day of December in the
year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty five

testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his
request and in the presence of each other have subscribed ouir

This will was proved at London before the Right
Worshipful George May Doctor of Laws master keeper or
Commifsary of the prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully
constituted on the thirtieth day of May in the year of our
Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy one by the oath
of Mary Glanvill widow the relict of the deceased and sole
executrix named in the said will to whom administration was
granted of all and singular the goods chattles and credits of
the said deceased she having been first sworn by Commifsion
duly to administer
