In the Name of God Amen I Oliver
Glanvill of Lanceston in the Countie of Cornwall gent doe make this my last will and testatment And further I bequeath my soule into the hands of my blessed Saviour Jesus Christ and my body to be buried in such manner as my executrix hereinafter shall think fitt Item after my debts are payed I give and bequeath unto Arteyr Oliver Elizabeth Katharine Anna and Sarah my sonnes and daughters twenty marks a year to be payed unto them att their several agaes of twenty one yeares out of the monees due unto me from Sir Bowell Cromole (?) when the same shall be recovered of him Lastly I make and ordaine my wellbeloved wife Elizabeth Glanvile my nogolle (?) and sole executrix of this my last will and testament and publish the same in the presence of theis hereunder written wittnes my hand and seal the eighteeth day of Jannary in the sixteenth year of the reigne of our Soveraigne Lord King Charles now King of England &c Anno Dm 1640 Oliver Glanvill, Thomas Beare Philip ffrancis John Edgecumbe
