Winifred Glanvill

In the Name of God Amen
I, Winifred Glanville of Ham in the Parish of Kington upon
Thames in the County of Surrey make this my last Will and
Teftament the twenty fifth day of October in the year of our Lord
One Thousand seaven Hundred and Three in manner following
Imprimis I give unto my Cosen Winifred Stone All that money
of mine which is in the mannagement of her the said Winifred
and Mr George Bayly or one of them provided that she shall
out of the said Money buy two Gold Rings of Twenty Shillings
price a peice and give one of the said Rings to my Aunt
Elizabeth Glanvill and keep and wear herself the other for my
sake And as to all the Money aforesaid I make her the said
Winifred Executrix of this my Will and Teftament Item as
to all my other personall Eftate whether ready Money Arrears
of Annuity owing from the Crown or any other thing or things
I give and bequeath all to my Brother John Glanvill and of this
my Will and Teftament (except only as to what I have before
made the said Winifred Stone my Executrix) I make and
constitute my said Brother John Glanvill my full and sole
Executor And I do further appoint that all charges relating to
this my Will and Teftament or which otherwise are to be and
shall be norn on account of Executorship thereof shall be equally
defrayed by the said Winifred and John out of the respective
parts of my Eftate given unto them Wittneefs by hand the day

Appeared personally Julius Glanvill of the Parish
of St Bottolph Bishoppsgate Cittizen and Merchant Taylor of
London and Anne Barnes of the Parish of St Mary Abb Church
London Spinster and being sworne upon the Holy Evangelist
to depose the truth did severally depose as followeth to witt he the said
Julius Glanvill did depose that Winifred Glanville late of Ham
in the Parish of Kingston upon Thames in the County of Surry
spinster deceased has his this deponants Sister And she the said
Anne Barnes did depose that she knew and was well acquainted
with the said deceased for severall years before her death And
he the said Julius Glanvill had severall times seen her the said
deceased write and subscribe her Name to several Letters
and also received Letters from her which he believes were Wrote
and subscribed by her And she the said Anne Barnes also
deposed that she had received severall Letters from the said deced
and as she believes hath seen her Write and subscribe her Name
to Writing and they having severally seen and perused the Will
of the said Winifred Glanvill deceased hereto annexed do verily
believe the same to be all wrote and subscribed by and with the
proper handwriting of the said deceased. Julius Glanvill
