of sound mind and memory do hereby declare this to be my last Will and
testament in manner as follows that is to say I hereby give and bequeath to
my husband the said Richard Glanville all and every thing of whatsoever is
belonging to me for his and my childrens use also I desire and empower my
husband Richard Glanville aforesaid to be sole Executor of my late ffathers
will John Day of Ewelme in the county of Oxford to which said Will I am sole
Executrix and for him to act in my stead after my decease likewise I give
and bequeath to my husband as aforesaid the sum of fifty pounds in trust for
my niece Priscilla Day to be paid by him to her my said niece when she
shall attain the age of twenty one years and that my said said husband
shall reserve the interest of five per cent on the said sum of fifty pounds
which said sum in now in the hands of Edward Greening of the parish of
Gorsely in the County of Oxford and if the said Priscilla Day shall die before
she shall attain the age of twenty one years then the said sum of fifty
pounds be equally divided between Richard and Mary Glanville's children
