Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35.
THE creditors and other persons having any claim or demand against the estate of Grace Glanville, late of No. 31, Richmond-street, Plymouth, in the county of Devon, Widow (who died on Ihe 13th day of March, 1876), are, on or before the 7th day of September, 1876, to send particulars of their debts or claims to us, the undersigned. And notice is hereby given, that the executors of the said Grace Glanville will, after the said 7th day of September next, proceed to distribute the assets of the said Grace Glanville, deceased, and transfer the residue of her estate to her residuary legatees, having regard only to the claims of which the said executors may then have had notice.— Dated this 7th day of July, 1876.
