Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925.
NOTICE is hereby given (1) that all creditors and others having any claims against the estate of Charles Harding Glanville, late of "Towerhead," Banwell, in the county of Somerset, Wine Merchant, who died on the sixteenth day of January, 1934, and whose Will was proved in the Bristol District Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice on the tenth day of May, 1934 by Harold Victor Davis, of 28, Chamberlain Street, Wells, and 1, The Centre, Weston-super-Mare, in the county of Somerset, Incorporated Accountant, and Ernest Ancrum liuchan, of 27, Gotham Lawn Road, in the city and county of Bristol, the executors therein named, are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their claims to the undersigned, the Solicitor for the executors, on or before the eleventh day of January, 1935; (2) after that date the said executors will proceed to distribute the estate, having regard only to the claims of which notice has then been received.—Dated this 3rd of November, 1934.
