     He married Sarah Geering on 10 September 1732 at Dorchester, OXF, ENG, (when age calculated as 34 years, 2 months and 3 days.)
     He died in August 1787 at Dorchester, OXF, ENG, (when age calculated as 89); reported in Oxford Journal 1 Sep 1787:
And Yesterday an Inquisition was taken before the same Coroner, on View of the Body of James Glanville, of Dorchester, in this County, in the 90th Year of his Age, who, after eating a hearty Breakfast on Thursday Morning, dropped down dead. Verdict, Natural Death, by the Visitation of God.
