TO be sold by auction, under the Order of Montague Baker Bere, Esq., the Commissioner of the Court of Bankruptcy for the Exeter District acting in the prosecution of a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued against Christopher Samuel Flood and Harry Buckland Lott, both of Honiton, in the county of Devon, Bankers and Copartners, bankrupts, at the Angel Inn, in Honiton, on Wednesday the 17th day of January 1849, at two o'clock in the afternoon of the same day, by Messrs. Porter and Hussey, in the following lots;
Lot 1. All that messuage or dwelling-house and inn, called the Black Lion Inn, situate in the centre of the Market-place, in the High-street of the borough of Honiton, and at the corner of New-street, with the brew-house, cellar, stables,out houses, skittle-alley, garden, and extensive enclosed yards, with approaches from High-street, New-street, and King-street, thereto belonging, now in the occupation of Mr. Charles Sanders, as tenant thereof; and also all those three dwelling-houses, with their appurtenances, adjoining the said inn, situate in New-street aforesaid, and now in the respective occupations of Mr. William Towell, Mr. Samuel Glanville, and Mr. John Jennings, as tenants thereof.
