     Peter Campion Long was born circa November 1932 at Romford registered, ESS, ENG.
     He married Patricia Agnes Mary Glanvill, daughter of Alfred John Glanville and Mary Elizabeth Whipp, circa November 1958 at Chelston Roman Catholic Church, Torquay, DEV, ENG, reported in the Torquay Times Dec 5 1958:

     A member of the Metropolitan Police Force, Mr. Peter Campion Lond, youngest son of Mr. W. Long, 70 Princes Road, Ellacombe, and the late Mrs. Long, was married on Saturday to Miss Patricia Agnes Mary Glanvill elder daughter of Mrs M.E. Glanvill, 3 Highland Close, Chelston, and the late Police Constable Glanvill.
     The service at Chelston Roman Catholic Church was conducted by the Rev. Eugene Raynolds, and Miss Sibley was the organist.
     Given away by her eldest brother, Mr. John R. Glanvill, the bride wore an ankle-length princess-line gown of white brocade with a circular veil held by a coronet of orange blossom. She carried a bouquet of pink roses, lily-of-the-valley and freesia.
     In attendance were the Misses Ann C. Glanvill (bride's sister), Wendy Handly (bride's cousin) and Sheila Day, who wore ballerina-length desses of gentian blue moire taffeta with circlets of pink feathers. They carried bouquest of pink roses and white freesia.
     Mr. Bernard Long (bride-groom's brother) was best man, and Messrs. Gerald Glanville and H.A. Ryder were ushers.
     Following a reception at the Drum Inn, Cockington, the couple left on their Cornwall honeymoon, the bride travelling in a light sage coat over a gentian blue velvet dress, with a matching model hat and taupe suede accessories.
