Born January 23, 1954, left us on May 9, 2011. Rob was a beloved husband, father, brother and uncle. Born in Palo Alto, CA, he graduated from Gunn High School and served in the U. S. Air Force as a ballistic missile technician, then became a diagnostics firmware engineer and computer consultant, working at some of the pioneering companies in Silicon Valley. Robs passions were computers and golf. Rob is survived by his wife Rani, two children Cassandra and Timothy, two sisters, Kathy Levain and Melinda Burnham, and three brothers Jim, Ross and Mark. Rob had a unique and engaging personality and enjoyed making people laugh.
Family and friends are invited to attend graveside services on Friday, May 13th, at 11:00 at Alta Mesa Cemetery in Palo Alto.
