Thurma Anne Glanville, 81, of Ironton, passed away Monday, January 9, 2017 at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. The Ironton, Ohio native was born February 23, 1935, a daughter of the late Jason and Sadie Delawder Markin. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul Edward Glanville, whom she married September 20, 1958 and passed away May 22, 2014.
Mrs. Glanville was a 1952 graduate of Ironton High School. She was a former employee for the Ironton Tribune and AEP. She retired from National City Bank of Ironton and was of the Protestant faith.

two sisters: Faye Monnig and Elsie Stapleton

two sons: Jay Glanville of San Antonio, TX and Jeff (Kathy) Glanville of Gahanna, OH

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South Seventh Street, Ironton, Ohio with the Rev. Calvin Ray Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery and visitation will be Saturday from 12:30 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
