Camborne - On Tuesday last week, Jane Glanville, aged 20, of Treswithian Down, died after a few days of illness. On the day previous to her internment, a neighbour intimated that she had died from the effects of a poison administered by her mother for the purpose of procuring abortion. An inquest was therefore held, and the evidence of the surgeon proving most satisfactorily that she had died of disease of the hear, a verdict in accordance was returned, couple with a severe reprimand on the originator of the malicious report.
