She was predeceased by : her grandmother Loretta. She is survived by : her daughters, Adia Grace and Abigail Joyce; her father of children Jonathon Grant; her parents, Catherine (Tim) and Terry (Gillian); her brother Steven (Crystal); her friend Mateusz "Mati" Czyz; her grandparents, Peggy, Ted Misek and Harold Glanville. She is also survived by many cousins, extended family and a multitude of friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1997 Dundas St, London, ON).
