     Martha Glanville was born before 1755 at ENG; date presumed to allow her to have nephews and nieces, with at least one old enough to act as executor for her.
     She died circa 1802 at ENG.
     Her estate was probated on 10 June 1802 This will was proved at London on
the tenth day of June in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and two before the
worshipful *** Lawrence Doctor of Laws
Surrogate of the Right Worshipful Sir William
Wynne Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper
or commissary of the prerogative Court of
Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of
Walter William Wyatt the nephew of the said
deceased and the sole executor named in the
said will to whom admon of all and singular
the goods chattels and trusts of the said Andrew
was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.

I Martha Clanfield of the parish of Saint
Givast (?) London in the county of Middlesex spinster
being of sound and perfect mind and memory so
make this my last will and testament in
manner and form following I do hereby
nominate and appoint my nephew Walter Wm
Wyatt of the City of Oxford baker my executor
Be it *** by him that after all my
just debts and funeral expenses are paid I
bequeath my property as follows Vizt First to
the surviving children of my late sister Wyart
of the city of Oxford the sum of one hundred
pound To my sister Mary Payne wife of
Francis Payne of the city of Oxford the sum of
one hundred pounds which sum is not be be
paid to her during the life of her husband but
to receive the interest of the said hundred pounds
to be paid by the heirs (?) of my executor I
bequeath to my sister Hester Wainman wife of
Thomas Wainman of the city of Oxford
carpenter one hundred pounds if living at my
decease and if not this hundred pounds to
be disposed of as follows twenty pounds
to Martha Wainman daughter of the said
Thomas and Hester Wainman and twenty
pounds to my sister Mary Payne five pounds
to the aforesaid Thomas Wainman five pounds to
William Wainman son of said Thomas and
Ester Wainman and the remaining fifty
pounds to be equally divided among the children
of my late sister Ann Wyatt I likewise
bequeath to my brother Ehomas Clanfield of
Hook Norton in the county of Oxford the sum of
ten pounds I also give to my late brother John
Clanfield's two daughters the sum of ten pounds
each to be paid by my excutor when they are of
age and I also bequeath the sum of twenty
pounds to to my brother John's widow and
surviving sons which sum is to be equally
divided among them and what sum of money
more I may die possessed of to be equally shared
among my sister Wyatts children saving one
half years interest on the above sums which
I bequeath to my executor for the trouble he
will have in the execution of this my last will
and testament with respect to my wearing
apparel I give to my sister Mary Payne my
two *** cotton gowns a black coat and two
guineas to my sister Esther Wainman one
dark cotton gown and bombazeen gown and
coat and two guineas surviving to my faithful
promise I give to my niece Martha Wainman
my gloves silk gown and coat my brown silk gown and coat my black ***
handkerchief my watch and two guineas to
Martha Payne daughter of the aforesaid
Francis and Mary I give my best cotton
gown and *** silk coat one muslin
gown and one muslin handkerchief to Mary
Payne sister to the said Martha Payne I give
two pairs of tumber *** and two guineas
and the remainder of wearing apparel to be
divided among my relatives and my niece
Mary Wyatt shall think proper and I do now
revoke all former wills made hertofore
by me In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and seal the 23rd day of
January in the year of our Lord one thousand
seven hundred and ninety seven / Martha
