I Usher Glanville Doyle of 65 Grand Parade Brighton do hereby
make this my last will and testament whereby I revoke all other
will or wills by me heretofore made and bequeath and leave
Imprimis to Mrs Jane Doyle my ffather's widow the pofsefsion of
her present jointure with the exception of one thousand pounds of
it which are to go to Mrs Mary Noonan of Dublin at the death
of the said Mrs Jane Doyle also out of the same jointure Irish
one thousand pounds to be equally divided between James Gordon
Glanville of Wilsden Yorkshire and William Gordon Glanville of
Waterford at the decease of Mrs Jane Doyle the comandon of said
jointure she is to have the power of willing to whoever she likes
at my death I also leave to the said Mrs Jane Doyle the sum of
fifteen hundred pounds consols to Mr John C Slift of Dublin I leave
the sum of three hundred pounds to ffrances Phippon of Dean Street
Soho London I leave three hundred pounds to Thomas Maynes

widow the lawful cousin Gounan and one of the next of kin
having been first sworn my Comon duly to administer No
Executor or Residuary Legatee named in the said will.
