     Son John Glanville GILL married Laura CAMPBELL and the family moved to Kansas USA following the birth of at least on son who wrote "Extracts from the diary of John Glanville Gill, an immigrant from Truro, Cornwall viz: of his youth in Wisconsin and of his journey to Vinland, Kansas, where he settled in 1859." This diary was bound for his daughter Cora Gill in 1943.
     Richard Henry Gill and Mary Glanville immigrated in 1840 to WI, USA, moving on to Kansas in 1856.
