     Francis Richards was born before 1816.
     He married Elizabeth Kent on 27 January 1836 at St Endellion, CON, ENG, announced in Cornwall Advertiser as "29 Jan 1836. On Wednesday at Endellion Mr F Richard to Mrs Glanvill, widow of Capt Joseph Glanvill"
Royal Cornwall Gazette 29 Jan 1836:
At Endellion, on the 27th instant, Mr. Francis Richards, to Mrs. Glanville, widow of the late Capt. Glanville, both of Port Isaac.
     He died before 30 March 1851.
