Appeared Personally of Saint John Street Westminster in the
County of Middlesex gentleman and George Hopkins of No 19
North Street Westminster in the same County gentleman and
being sworn upon the Holy Evangelists to depose the truth made
oath that they know and were well acquainted with the said George
Glanvill late of North Street in the parish of Saint John the
Evangelist Westminster in the County of Middlesex deceased for
several years before and decon (?) to the time of his decease and also with
his manner and character of handwriting and subscription having often
seen him write and also corict and subscribe his name and now viewing
and perusing the names "George Glanvill" set and subscribed at the
foot or bottom of the parchment writing hereunto annexed purporting
to be and contain the last will and testament of the said deceased
beginning thus "In the Name of God Amen This is the last will and
testament of me George Glanvill carpenter of North Street
in the county of Middlesex Westminster ending thus "whereof I have put my hand and seal
this twenty ninth day of August in the year of our Lord one
thousand and eight hundred and nineteen" they make oath and say that they
verily and in their consciounces believe the said named "George Glanvill"
to be of the proper handwriting and subscription of the said George
Glanvill the testator deceased W Coward, G Hopkins same day the said
William Coward and George Hopkins were duly sworn to the truth of
this affidavit before me. C Cook *** *** PM French NP
Proved at London 5 Jun 1822 before the worshipful Charles Coote Dr of
Laws & Surrt by the oaths of Esther Glanvill wo the relict & John
Glanvill the nephew two of the exors to whom admon was granted
having been first sworn duly to admin. William Coward the other exor
named in the will having first renounced the probate & execution thereof.

George Glanville left a will on 29 August 1819 In the Name of God AmenThis is the last will and testment of me George Glanvill carpenter
of North Street Westminster in the County of Middlesex being
in perfect state of mind do make and declare this my last will and
testament in manner as follow that is to say I give and bequeath
to my dear wife Esther Glanvill uxor living with them all my property
real and personal household furniture plate linen china and all other
property I may be in pofsefsion of at the time of my decease
whatever in money funded property or effects and every thing in
whatever not here particularly mentioned except the five pounds in
lawful money which I bequeath to my oldest son George with
residue and remainder of every thing belonging to me and all debts or
money to to me at the time of my decease to my wife as aforesaid for
the term of her natural life and in case of her death before my son
William is twenty years old I give unto him fifteen pounds per annum
until he shall arrive at that age and the residue of the income to be
equally divided between my other children after which time the whole
of my aforesaid property to be equally divided among my children then
living and I do hereby appoint my wife Esther Glanvill executrix
with my nephew John Glanvill and William Coward executors of
this my last will and testament whereof I have put my hand and
seal this twenty ninth day of August in the year of our Lord one
