Thomas Glanville was born before 5 May 1822 at Bridestowe, DEV, ENG.He was baptized on 5 May 1822 at St Bridget parish church, Bridestowe, DEV, ENG, May 5 Thomas Son of Joseph and Susanna Glanville laborer Bridestowe.
He married Susanna Bickell on 7 June 1842 at St Andrews Parish Church, Plymouth, DEV, ENG, registered Plymouth. Both of full age, fathers named Thomas Glanvill labourer, Thomas Bickell farmer (his father's named believed to be an error in the register.)
He died on 17 April 1897 at Coryton, DEV, ENG; registered Tavistock, recorded age 77.
His estate was probated on 10 May 1897 indexed as:

A short statement of the nature of the Deed—A Deed, whereby the debtor agrees to pay a composition of 5s. in the pound to his creditors in discharge of all his debts, by two equal instalments, on the 22nd day of July next, and the 22nd day of September next, and an assignment of all his stock and effects to secure such composition, which the said Thomas Glanville guarantees to pay upon the failure thereof by the debtor.
