attentively viewed the name Kitty Glanville set and subscribed to the
paper writing hereunto annexed purporting to be and contain a
codicil to the last will and testament of the said deceased the said
codicil beginning thus "In addition to the instructions contained in
my will I request my Executors Charles Richard Hardord e Edwin
Harford to appropiate out of the residue of my property" and ending
thus "then I request my executors above named to give to each of them
their proportion at any time they may consider most prudent Stockwell
18th March 1834" They fursther made oath that they so verily e in their
consciences believe the name "Kitty Glanvill" so set and subscribed to the
said codicil beginning and end as aforesaid to be the proper
handwriting of the said Kitty Glanvill otherwise Glanville deceased.

and it may happen to be the case that at the time when the same

of my will the same together with any other property of which I
may die profsefsed from the low price of government securities may
not be sufficient after payment of by debts funeral and testamentary
expenses to pay in full in such event my said executors shall
make a deduction from each legacy rateably and in proportion to the

for the last will and testament of the said Kitty Glanvill spinster in the

In addition to the instructions contained in my will I request of
my executors Charles Richard Harford e Edwin Harford to appropiate
put of the residue of my property the sum of twenty pounds each
to George Glanvill John Glanvill William Glanville and Edward
Glanvill all sons of my late nephew Edward Glanville to be applied
to binding them apprentice or should be part of the whole of this
money from any circumstance not be required for this purpose then
I request my executors above named to give to each of them their
proportion at any time they may consider most prudent - Kitty
