not be sufficient after payment of by debts funeral and testamentary
expenses to pay in full in such event my said executors shall
make a deduction from each legacy rateably and in proportion to the
amount thereof to the extend of any such deficiancy of afsets And I do
hereby nominate constitute and appoint Mr Charles Richard Harford
