NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and persons having any claims upon or against the estate of James Pascoe Glanville, late of 1, Tintagel Gardens, Zenoria Street, East Dulwich, in the county of London, Gentleman of no occupation, deceased (who died on the 16th day of October, 1931, and whose will was proved by Ellen Louise Shoobert and Thomas Gent Glanville, the executors therein named, on the 29th day of December, 1931, in the Principal Probate Registry) are hereby required to send in particulars of their claims to the undersigned, the Solicitors of the said executors, on or before the 31st day of March, 1932, and after that day the said executors will proceed to convey and distribute the assets of the deceased to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to claims of which the said executors shall then have had notice; and that the said executors will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so conveyed or distributed, to any person of whose claim the said executors shall not then have had notice.—Dated this twentieth day of January, 1932.
