Together, they were most proud of their children. They taught them hard work and love of life by example. Arlene leaves her husband Terrence (Terry) and her children. Annie Stutts and her husband Phillip of Santa Rosa Beach, FL; Tim, of San Francisco, CA; Mike and his wife Stephanie of AZ; Dan and his wife Faith, of Holyoke, MA; and Terry and his wife Michelle of North Granby, CT. After she and Terry generously helped to educate their children, Arlene proudly and courageously decided to attend college herself. She graduated with honors from Holyoke Community College and then attended and graduated from Mount Holyoke College as a Frances Perkins Scholar. Post-graduation, Arlene was very proud of her work in the social services field.
No doubt that Arlene celebrates the afterlife with long missed friends and family. Her family takes great solace that she passed peacefully and will join the many that she has missed in later life.
