approved in special form of law a true copy or the substance or contents of the last true Will
and Testament or Testamentary disposition in writing as contained in a certain paper writing
marked with the letter a of William Glanville formerly of the City of Waterford afterwards of
Mabbott Street in the County of Dublin but late of Booterstown Avenue in the County of Dublin Gentleman

deceased without a widow or lawful ifsue or grandchild father or Mother living having and
so forth the said last true will having been after the Oath of the said deceased destroyed and
of shewing cause if any why the burden of the Execution of the said true copy of said
last true will and testament as contained in said paper writing should not be granted and committed
unto the Reverend George Alexander Hamilton one of the Executors named in said Will which
lately depended in Judgement before one said commifsary between the said Reverend George
Alexander Hamilton and James Gordon Hamilton a Minor of the age of six years a legatee named
in said will by the said Reverend George Alexander Hamilton his father and William Cook Rogers

the natural and lawful children and only next of kin of David Glanville deceased who was
whilst living the natural and lawful Brother and only other next of kin of said William
Glanville deceased the parties against whom the said cause or businefs was promisted of the
other part rightly and duly proceeeding was signed and promulged a certain definitive
sentence or final decree in writing whereby he procured devised and declared "that the said
William Glanville deceased the deceased in this cause having a mind and intention to make his
last will and testament in writing and being as such time of sound and disposing mind
and undertanding did on or about the twenty first day of April one thousand eight hundred
and thirty five rightly duly make and publish his last will and testament or testamentary
disposition in writing dated the 21st April 1835 and that the said deceased did give will
bequeath devise dispose and so in all things as in said will was contained and which
will after the death of said deceased was spoilated burnt or destroyed and that the contents of
said original last will and testament as contained in the said paper writing marked with
the letter a have been duly pleased alleged and proved in this cause and did pronounce devise and
declare for the susbtance or contents of the said original last will and of every part thereof
as contained in the said paper writing marked with the letter a and did approve of and
the same as and for the time last will and testament of said deceased by the said definitive
sentence or final devise and did conde*? the said John Glanville in costs but the taxation
or imoderation thereof did reserve to himself or other judge competent in that behalf justice so
requiring" we therefore grant the Burden of the Execution of said will as contained in the
said paper writing marked with the letter a together with admon of all and singular the
