Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Victoria, chapter 35, intituled " An Act to amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees."
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands against the estate of Sarah Glanville, late of Stratford sub-Castle, in the county of Wilts, Widow (who died on the 29th day of May, 1886, and whose will was proved by William Came Saunders, Esq., the sole executor therein named, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 16th day of July, 1886), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their debts, claims, and demands to us the undersigned, as Solicitors for the said executor, on or before the 31st day of August, 1886; and notice is hereby given, that at the expiration of that time the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testatrix among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, and demands of which he shall then have notice; and that he will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose debt, claim, or demand he shall not then have had notice.—Dated this 27th day of July, 1886.
