     Rev James Gordon Glanville was born between 1811 and 1812 at IRL.
     He married Elizabeth Glanville, daughter of John Glanville, on 29 May 1843 at St Nicholas, Brighton, SSX, ENG, registered Brighton. His father recorded John Glanville, hers David Glanville. It is suspected a mistake has been made as David Glanville and Sarah Gordon married by Licence, and James' brother (William Gordon Glanville) had a father David at his marriage.
     He died on 1 August 1884 at 7 Clarence Buildings, Weymouth, DOR, ENG; registered Weymouth, recorded age 72.
     His estate was probated on 24 September 1884 indexed as:

Will proved at London on 24 September by Sarah Amelia Glanville of 27 Union Grove, Wandsworth Road, Clapham, Surrey, spinster, the daughter, the sole executrix, estate £1,682-18-7.
