Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vic., cap. 35.
NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any claims against the estate of Mary Glanvill, formerly of Alphington, in Ottery St. Mary, Devon, afterwards of 44, Magdaline-street, in the county of the city of Exeter, but late of 7, Beaufort-buildings West, in the city of Bath, Spinster (who died on the 31st day of December, 1891, and whose will, with a codicil thereto, was proved in the Bristol District Registry on the 7th day of March, 1892, by Caroline Glanvill, an executrix in the said will named), are requested to send, in writing, particulars thereof to us, the undersigned, Solicitors for the said executrix, on or before the 17th day of May next; after which date the said executrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which she shall then have had notice.—Dated this 14th day of April, 1892.
