Pursuant to the Act of Parliament, 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, intituled " An Act to farther amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees."
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of the Reverend Henry Carew Glanville, late Rector of Sheviock, in the county of Cornwall, Clerk in Holy Orders, deceased (who died on the 20th day of June, 1900, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 7th day of August, 1900, by George Julius Tatham, of Meltham Rectory, Huddersfield, Clerk in Holy Orders, and Edward Lygon Somers-Cocks, of 43, Charing-cross, in the county of London, Banker, the executors therein named), are hereby required to send in particulars, in writing, of their claims or demands to the said executors, undercover addressed to us, the undersigned, Solicitors to the said executors, on or before the 5th day of October next, after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice; and the said executors will not be liable or accountable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had.notice.—Dated this 30th day of August. 1000.
