     Frank Ranulf Ruttledge Glanville was born on 13 May 1908 at Kensington, MDX, ENG; registered Kensington q3 1908.
     He was baptized on 9 August 1908 at St Paul, East Molesey, SRY, ENG.
     He married Bessie Caroline Fellows between 1940 and 1941 at the USA probably Bessie having been married before, to a Mr Butler, and a David Spencer Wegg Jnr (on May 12, 1927 in New York, USA.)
     He died on 9 August 1970 at Las Palmas, Canary Islands, (when age calculated as 62); recorded age 62.
     His estate was probated on 22 March 1971 indexed:

Other information

     In 1940 The register for the S.S. Georgic lists a passenger named Ranulf Ruttledge Glanville for the voyage from Liverpool (departed on January 30, 1940) to New York (arrived February 11, 1940). On the register, Ronnie indicated that he was a “gentleman-farmer” and was born in London. He stated that he was going to New York to visit his fiancé B.C. Fellows of 530 Riverside Dr. N.Y. He also indicated that he was 5 foot 11 inches, had a fair complexion, brown hair and hazel eyes. Ronnie also indicated that he previously visited the U.S. in 1937. Ronnie and Betty may have first met during that visit.
     In 1942 Bessie referred to her husband as “Guardsman Ranulf Glanville, 2722401”.
     Is believed to have served in the Army as Guardsman Ranulf Glanville 2722401, and the 1939 Register records he volunteered for active service (at a later date.)
     In 1947 The ship register for the S.S. Batory lists Frank Ranulf Ruttledge Glanville sailing from Southhampton on November 28, 1947 and arriving in New York on December 6, 1947. On the register, Ronnie indicated that he was visiting his wife, Betty C. Glanville. He noted that he was still an English citizen and he listed his mother’s address in England as his contact.
     In 1966 One source believed Bessie and her husband lived apart after marriage.
However, in the 1960s Frank wrote regularly to a Canary newspaper "the Canary Islands Sun 1966", in which he stated he and his wife moved to Gran Canaries about 5 years previously to avoid the high cost of living in New Jersey, and was clearly still with his wife at that time. At this time they were living at Ciudad Jardin, in a two storey chalet on a corner plot.
