Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925.
ALL persons having claims against the estate of Frank Henry Glanville late of Newton Grove Bedford Park in the county of Middlesex Retired Civil Servant (who died on the I7th day of October 1938, and whose Will was proved by John Hugh Phillips of 41 Lothbury in the city of London Joint Manager of the Trustee Department of the Westminster Bank Limited whose registered office is 41 Lothbury aforesaid and David William Charles Thomas of Glanolmarsh Llechryd Cardigan the executors therein named on the 9th day of December 1938 in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice) are required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before the 28th day of February next after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the estate having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice.—Dated this 14th day of December 1938.
