Pursuant to the Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Vic., c. 35, intituled " An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees."
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against ttie estate of Miss Caroline Elizabeth Creed Glanvill, late of 44, Wiltshire-road, Angel Town, Brixton, in the county of Surrey, deceased (who died on the 25th day of July, 1878, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 21st day of September, 1878, by John Toner and Daniel Holloway, two of the surviving executors therein named), are hereby required to send, in writing, the particulars of their claims or demands to the said executors, at the office of the undersigned, the Solicitor for the said executors, on or before the 11th day of November, 1878. Ben Glanvill - and that he received instructions for drawing of
the same from the deceased's own mouth and pursuant to such
instructions he did on the twenty ffourth day of December 1748
the day of the date of the said will draw up the same in the

deceased and asked him if he approved of the same that the
deceased objected to the words contained in the ffoureenth

natural life and at her decease I bequeath the said
premifses unto my daughter Elizabeth Pape Also I give and
bequeath unto my dearly beloved wife all and singular the
rest and remainder of my goods chattels and effects for and
during her natural life and at her decease (after paying all
her just debts) if there shall be any thing left to be equally
divided between my two daughters Mary Spires and
Elizabeth Pope in consideration that they pay or cause to be
paid unto my son Thomas Glanvill the sum of ten pounds
within fforty days next after her decease And lastly I do
make ordain constitute and appoint my dearly beloved
wife Mary Glanvill full and sole executrix of this my last
will and testatment hereby revoking all former will or
wills by me at any time or times heretofore made as
