Silvanus Goring Glanville left a will on 23 December 1907 appointing his nephew William Russell Glanville to be one of his trustees, leaving income to his sister Julia and money to her children, and bequeaths to the children of his brother Charles. The estate had a gross value of £9611-13-3, as listed in the High Court of Justicature at Fort William in Bengal, India.

Pursuant to the Statute, 22 and 23 Vic, cap. 35.
NOTICE is hereby given, that all persona having claims against the estate of Silvanus Goring Glanville, late of 33, Cornhill, in the city of London, Marine Insurance Broker (who died on the 8th March, 1908, and whose will was proved in the Principal Probate Registry, on the 28th March, 1908, by Thomas Allen Clark, William Mitchell Young, and William Russell Glanville, the executors therein named), are hereby requested to send particulars of their claims to us, the undersigned, the Solicitors to the said executors, on or before the 1st day of May, 1908 after which date the executors will distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice; and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. Dated this 2lst day of March, 1908.
