NOTICE is hereby given that all persons having any claim against the estate of Caroline Glanvill formerly of the city of Bath afterwards of 147 Camden-road Camden Town in the county of London and late of 4 Richmond-road in the city of Exeter Spinster (who died on the 14th day of February 1896 and whose will was proved in the Exeter District Registry on the 20th day of August 1896 by Francis Hall and Charles Edward Wells the executors therein named) are requested to send in writing particulars thereof to us the undersigned Solicitors for the executors on or before the 1st day of November next after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the assets among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice.—Dated this 1st day of September 1896.
