By licence. Witnesses Elizabeth Hall, Thos Glanville, Caroline Glanvill, Samuel Glanvilllisted in The Gentleman's Magazine "GLANVILLE Tryphena, yngs.dau. Samuel Glanville, ex Jamaica, m. John Slyfield Garland, Ottley St Mary, 28 Oct. 1851." Registered Honiton.

On 30 January 1912 The London Gazette carried the following:
Re : THOMAS GLANVILL, Deceased.
Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Viet/., c. 35.
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims against or upon the estate of Thomas Glanvill, late of Richmond Hill, Jamaica, deceased (who died on the 11th day of June, 1910, and whose will, with two codicils thereto, was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 27th day of October, 1910, by Francis Hall, of Westclife-on-Sea, Essex, one of the executors therein named), are hereby required to send the particulars thereof to the undersigned,- the Solicitors for the said•executor, on or before the 13th day of February, 1912, after which date the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have had notice; and he will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose debts, claims or demands he shall not then have had notice.—Dated this 25th day of January, 1912.
