character of her handwriting and subscription having often seen her
write and also subscribe her name And the deponents having now
attentively viewed the name Kitty Glanville set and subscribed to the
paper writing hereunto annexed purporting to be and contain a
codicil to the last will and testament of the said deceased the said
codicil beginning thus "In addition to the instructions contained in
my will I request my Executors Charles Richard Hardord e Edwin
Harford to appropiate out of the residue of my property" and ending
thus "then I request my executors above named to give to each of them
their proportion at any time they may consider most prudent Stockwell
18th March 1834" They fursther made oath that they so verily e in their
consciences believe the name "Kitty Glanvill" so set and subscribed to the
said codicil beginning and end as aforesaid to be the proper
handwriting of the said Kitty Glanvill otherwise Glanville deceased.

Bristow widow of George Bristow a son of my aforesaid sister
Margaret the sum of ten pounds and to her the said Angelique
Bristow's daughter Angelique the sum of twenty pounds to Mrs
Martha Hirfs (?) wife of Mr Thomas Hirfs (?) of Kilburn in Middlesex
the sum of ten pounds Adn to Mrs Janes Sanderson of Clapham
the sum of five pounds the two persons last mentioned having
formerly been my fellow servants Also to Mary Kedge my fellow

principal part of my property is now invested in the public funds
and it may happen to be the case that at the time when the same
shall be realized by my Executors hereinafter named for the purposes
of my will the same together with any other property of which I
may die profsefsed from the low price of government securities may
not be sufficient after payment of by debts funeral and testamentary
expenses to pay in full in such event my said executors shall
make a deduction from each legacy rateably and in proportion to the
amount thereof to the extend of any such deficiancy of afsets And I do
hereby nominate constitute and appoint Mr Charles Richard Harford
and Mr Edwin Harford both of Stockwell aforesaid to be the Executors
of this my Will to whom I give and bequesth all the surplus and
rest and residue which may remain of my estate and effects whatsoever
