at Sippingham and in the parish of Bunnham in her own
right and property and the full power to dispose of it as she
shall think most convenient and none else to hinder her
hereafter after my decease Also I give and bequeath to my
loving and well beloved wife Mary Glanvill all that leasehold
estate holden from Mrs Elizabeth Sexton of Eton boullewoman (?)
for the continuance of these years yet unexpired now let to
George Piper in Eton and also I give to my well beloved wife
Mary Glanvill full right and posse (?) to rendre (?) the said lease
of Mrs Elizth Sexton who this present lease is now expiring
according to the tenure of the lease hold from the said Elizth
Sexton I say & devise that estate to my well beloved and loving
wife Mary Glanvill to hold and enjoy or dispose of as she

those three houses holden from the Reverend Provost and fellows
of Eton Colledge situated in the parish of Eton the the County of

shall be required of by the said provost and colledge for
her own property interest tithe and behoof I say I give the

keep sell or dispose as she shall think most agreable to herself

the lease of my present dwelling house together with that house
in which Mr John Sporrer (?) lives in being annexed to the house

the right to future leases to be by her renewed for her own use property and benefit and occupation as she shall be
most agreeable to her Also I give to my loving and well
beloved wife Mary Glanvill all my goods plate household
ffurniture in Convral (?) whereof I am not pofsefsed of I say I give
them to her for her own property to pofsefs and enjoy and income
Also I give to my son William Markham Glanvill the sum
of fifty pounds to be laid out on him by my loving and well
beloved wife Mary Glanvill towards his apprenticeship and
cloathing as she shall think most agreeable to her Lastly I give
to my loving wife Mary Glanvill full power to have written
out all by book debts in my bricklaying made and to collect
the same and pay them to my creditors and I do leave my
