will is that whatsoever my personal amounts to shall be
divided into three equal parts hereafter mentioned I give devise
and bequeath after my just debts and ffunderal expenses are
paid and discharged one third part as shall be hier left out of
my goods and chattels unto my son in law Edward Allmond
and ffeby his wife one other third part of the same I give to
my son Thomas Woodman and Elizabeth his wife the other
third part being the remainder of the three parts I give devise
and bequeath to my son in law William Tomlinson whom I
