The witness sent for a doctor at once. By the Coroner. - His father wore false teeth. Dr J F Rugg desposed to being summoned to see the old man, and found him lying dead in bed. He discovered a plate of false teeth tightly wedged in his through just above the windpipe. In his opinion death was due to suffocation. Ellen Allen said that the deceased often used to drop his teeth out of his mouth; she believed his gums must have sunk. The jury returned a verdict of Accidental Death"
