Royal Cornwall Gazette 29 Apr 1881 : Mr Francis Glanville, of Catchfrench, St Germans, died on Sunday at Stratford sub-Castle at the ripe old age of 84. The late Mr Glanville succeeded his father in 1846. He married in 1821 Amabel, sixth daughter of the late Right Honourable Reginald Pole Carew, of Anthony. He was a J.P. and D.L. for Devon and Cornwall. His estate was probated on 30 July 1881 indexed as:
