     His estate was probated on 17 May 1878 indexed as:
1878 GLANVILLE Thomas Burt late of 121 Brecknock Road, Middlesex, gentleman who died on 2 May 1878 at Horsell, Surrey. Will proved at London on 17 May by Wilmot Glanville of 11 Carlton Road, Tufnell Park, Holloway, Middlesex, widow, the relict, the sole executrix, under £600.
     He was buried on 7 May 1878 at St Mary's church, Horsell, SRY, ENG, recorded age 56.
