He was a member of Chase County Pork Producers and Farm Bureau.
He married Bonnie Conrade on April 28, 1957, in Emporia. She survives.

Cremation is planned. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at United Methodist Church in Cottonwood Falls. Private inurnment will be in Prairie Grove Cemetery in Cottonwood Falls. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at Croy Funeral Home in Cottonwood Falls.

Before he retired he was a farmer and rancher. Bob was a member of Zeredatha Masonic Lodge #80 and Cottonwood Falls United Methodist Church. Bob proudly served in the United States Army.
     Bob married Sharon Garrison and they had 4 children before they divorced. Later he married Bertha “Bert” White and they later divorced.
     Bob is survived by: children, Vickie Buell and husband Mark of Cottonwood Falls, Joe Glanville and wife Danetta of Gladstone, MO, Carla Gallmeister and husband Scottie of Cottonwood Falls; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
     He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jack B. Glanville, Jr. and Roger Joe Glanville; and daughter, Christine Copple.
     Cremation will take place.
     Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 12, 2022, at Brown-Bennett-Alexander Funeral Home, with Pastor Tim Woods officiating. Burial will follow in Prairie Grove Cemetery with military honors conducted by Fort Riley Honor Guard. Family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time Sunday, June 12, 2022, at Brown-Bennett-Alexander Funeral Home.

     Wallace Traver “Wally” Glanville (“Terry” as a child) was born in Strong City, Kansas, on May 24, 1936. He moved with his family to a farm outside Ottawa, Kansas, in 1938. He attended eight years at Hawkins one-room school in the country and then graduated from Ottawa High School in 1954. He graduated from K-State in 1958 with a B.S. in math education. That summer he married Carolyn West, also of Ottawa. He earned an M.S. in science education from Emporia Teacher’s College in 1961. Wally taught from 1958-1963 in Rossville, Kansas, and 1963-1997 at Shawnee Mission West High School. He also painted houses with Larry Webster for 17 years. Never shying away from a problem, Wally was always ready to jump in and discover how to fix something or make it better.
     Attending Cross Points Church since 1983, Wally and Carolyn have been involved in many ministries of the church. They were home group leaders for many years. They have mentored more than twenty-five married and engaged couples in the “marriage mentoring” ministry. Always generous, warm, gentle, and honest, Wally passionately loved Jesus, loved the Scriptures, loved the church, loved the Gospel, and loved his family. To the very end of his life, he strove to share the Gospel he loved with any around him who did not know his Savior.
     Wally and Carolyn were married for 65 years and 7 days. He is survived by his wife; one sister, Dorothy (Jim) Congrove; two daughters: Terri (John) Lenk; and Rhonda (Olson) Anderson; six grandchildren: Merah (Eddie) Wright, Matthew (Cristina) Anderson, Christopher (Amy) Lenk, Carolyn Lenk, Mary Lenk, and Michaela Lenk; eight great-grandchildren: Mikya, Alana, Elian, Eli, Jonah, Abi, Victor, and Wally. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Lyle Glanville, and his sister, Roberta Brown.

Barbara Anne Glanville Schultz, age 81, died April 12, 2013 in Plattsburg, Missouri. She died as she lived strong in her faith and in family. Anne, as she was known to friends and family, was the oldest daughter of Richard and Barbara Kennedy Glanville, a well known name in the Kansas City, Kansas furniture business. Her grandfather, Harvey Kennedy, was a beloved family physician in Ottawa, Kansas for many years. She graduated Magna Cum Laude fron Wayland Academy in Beaverton, WI and Kansas State University in Manhattan, Ks and later from Assumption College in Worcester, MA where she received a Masters plus graduate certificate in Rehabiliation Counseing. Education was greatly valued in her family and all four of her daughters graduated from college with two receiving Masters degrees as well. She was an active member of Alpha Chi Omega as her mother also had been and formed many lifelong friends there. She married Herbert M. Schultz of Holton, KS, who was also a student at Kansas State University after serving in the Navy during the Korean War period. Herb was a business student in accounting, after which he worked for Ford Motor Company, Microbit Corporation and Control Data. Anne and Herb were the parents of four daughters: Elizabeth (Bob) Carey, Barbara Schultz (Greg Gisselquist). Susan (Tom) Mann, and Sarah Rasmussen, and later six grandsons and one granddaughter: Sean and Michael Carey of Massachusetts, Alex and Nicholas Rasmussen, and Richard, Barbara Joan and Max Mann of Plattsburg, MO. Anne was predeceased by her parents Barbara and Richard Glanville and by her sister Jane Glanville and many cousins with whom she maintained contact through the years. Services will be held at St Paul's Episcopal Church, 1300 North 18th Street, Kansas City, Kansas on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 1:30PM.
